Two killed in crash in Temple Dodgen Loop

TEMPLE, Texas (FOX 44) – Two people were killed in an early morning crash in Temple.

Officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of SW HK Dodgen Loop around 1:02 a.m. Saturday. When officers arrived, they discovered a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed, hitting a concrete barricade and bursting into flames.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Cliff Coleman. No
Other injuries have been reported.

The Temple Police Department Traffic Reconstruction Unit is investigating this crash.
