Report: Teams inquiring about Valanciunas

Washington Wizards center Jonas Valanciunas is playing his role as a veteran on a young and rebuilding team. And he probably won’t be wearing a wizard’s uniform for much longer.

According to Evan Sidery of Forbes, multiple teams are investigating him.

My take: This shouldn’t be a surprise. I don’t expect Valanciunas to be with the Wizards after the trade deadline. That said, he is still a positive presence for Washington, averaging 11.9 points and 7.9 rebounds per game.
